Looking to renew your SIA Security Officer Licence? No problem! We provide full SIA Security Officer (Top-Up) Training, delivering the knowledge and skills required to continue with your security career.
NO Physical Attendance Required… You can complete the self-study eLearning for this course, online, and in your own time. When ready, simply book a virtual exam, or optionally, attend a written exam at our venue in Bournemouth on the UK’s ‘sometimes sunny‘ South coast.
From Oct 2021 mandatory Top-Up Training is required for all people renewing SIA Security Officer Licences. Further, the SIA also have a mandatory requirement that people taking this course have a valid First Aid qualification. We strongly promote the end user licence integration benefits found in the DS Licence type and would encourage all 1st time licence applicants to pursue this path of training for a number of beneficial reasons. Emergency First Aid at Work – Aimed at both learners wishing to become Emergency First-aiders in the workplace AND Door Supervisors/Security Officers, this training/qualification is now a ‘pre-requisite’ to SIA Door Supervision and Security Guarding standard and Top-Up qualifications.
In order to attend any of those courses you MUST hold a ‘current’ and ‘valid’ First Aid or Emergency First Aid certificate meeting with SIA requirements, and we’re pleased to confirm, this 1st Aid course DOES indeed satisfy those requirements!
